How I made my wig for Rainbow Dash (because everyone asked...)

I took the usual yellow wig, cut some hair and styled it. Then I decided to color it with paint and brushes, so it was faster. But the paint started flowing to those locks, which should have been had a different color and moreover I just painted the desk ... Then the paint on the wig was still pale and I washed it away. Then I bought some alcohol markers of colors I needed (required alcohol!). I divided my wig into small locks and began painting each lock separately. To avoid staining your hands use gloves, because the paint is washed off hardly! It took a very long time to dye my wig ... For four hours every day (it's even fun, though hard). That's all. But after dyeing, this wig colors your skin a little. After the festival it was everywhere: my whole left shoulder and part of the dress were blue: D but it's not very noticeable under the wig. I am very glad that I got exactly what I wanted ^_^

It's really cool that you put so much effort into making it exactly how you wanted. It looks fantastic. I don't know if I'd have the patience to do such a thing.

Extremely impressive. Im thinking of doing something similar for my gender switch RD cosplay. Short hair with bangs. I am definitely gonna copy your trick here. The RD wigs on sale look awful lol.

I see that you have included a white marker in the sets of markers u used. How did you use white in the making of the wig? Is it for blending or something?
